The electrical system is an accessory part of the filling machine, which requires good electrical appliances and reasonable layout.

Filling machines should be prepared to perform maintenance on equipment, tools and raw materials prior to basic maintenance. Under normal circumstances, the tools to be used are wrenches, screwdrivers, manuals, etc., and the raw materials used are mechanical lubricants. The specific maintenance methods and details can be divided into the following points:

1. Before going to work every day, observe the water filter and oil mist filter of the pneumatic combination of the filling machine. If there is too much water, it should be cleaned up in time. If the oil level is not enough, refuel in time.

2. If the filling machine stops for a long time, the material in the pipeline should be emptied.

3. Regularly check the grounding wire of the filling equipment to maintain reliable contact; regularly clean the weighing platform; check whether the pneumatic pipeline is leaking and whether the trachea is damaged.

4. During production, it is necessary to check and observe the mechanical parts of the filling machine frequently to see whether their rotation and lifting are normal, whether there is any abnormality, and whether the screws are loose.

5. Replace the lubricating oil of the reducer motor of the filling machine every year, check the tightness of the chain, and adjust the tension in time.

6. Do a good job of cleaning and sanitation, keep the surface of the liquor filling machine clean, frequently clean up the materials accumulated on the scale, and pay attention to keeping the electric control cabinet clean.
