Introduction

This blowing machine is applied to blow small volume bottle rang from 50ml to 1.5L,

The machine is designed with preheater and blowing unit in one machine, with preform autoloader, automatic blowing, automatic bottle transferring to filling machine, can fulfill the high automation of small volume bottle production.

Main Advantage：

1. Unique design of Rotary type preform autoloading guarantee the preform loading efficient and stable

2. with mechanical hand automatic catch heated preform and transmit the preform to blow mould by servo motor to automatic blowing bottles

3. Clamping unit by servo motor

4. Blowed Bottle automatic transmit to air conveyor then directly to filling machine

5. The machine is controlled by PLC system and touch screen,the transmission system is by servo motor control
