Rinsing Part

Filling Part

1) All stainless steel structure: the filling valve is made of SUS304, with a guide ring to avoid friction; O-type silica gel high temperature resistant sealing ring, with no bottle no filling, good sealing performance, filling speed, accurate liquid level and other advantages. The finished storage tank is SUS304 stainless steel tank with automatic liquid level control.

Capping Part

1) The bottle feeding is guided by the bottle mouth type dial wheel device of the filling machine.

2) Adopt advanced pick-place magnetic force to adjust the torsion form, the tightness of the screw cap can be adjusted, and equipped with a height regulator suitable for sealing all kinds of LIDS.

3) Bottle delivery chain: The transmission motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, and the two-in-one filling keeps synchronized, which can effectively prevent the bottle from tipping over; The bottle delivery chain is equipped with photoelectric switch, which can control the three-in-one filling machine to slow down and stop in case of fallen bottle.
